At some point the penny will drop Globbens, honestly how much longer can the charade go for? I think the company has got away with it for so long now it is just second nature and what they feel is there right of passage.

For a product that was a supposed absolute game changer and should have sold itself the amount of money that has been needed to achieve no value at all to shareholders (and in most cases losses) is absolutely staggering.

With the companies credibilty now seriously being challenged by not only legal actions in relations to alleged violations of federal securities laws but also there ability to meet guidence provided to the market recently which in turn inflated the shareprice and allowed them to raise cash more easily through the ATM it is certainly going to be interesting and what the update is and how much faith can be put in it given there track record.

Unless Shortal gives an IRIONCLAD guarantee that he is going to achieve at least some of his guidence which will provide IMMEDIATE revenue of some sort before years end then this will turn to shit very quickly IMO, why on earth would anyone risk sitting in this stock over the next few months if all that is likely is an escalating law suit and a company running out of money.

And don't worry I'm sure they are aware of that so the bullshit should be some of the best provided yet but somehow I think contracts not conjobs is the only thing that will work this time.
