maverich while I agree would you also meet me halfway and say that this trial agreement was rather quick after FDA orphan drug status and 3rd cohort? A major like Amgen (Onyx) doesn't just saddle up out of the blue - it takes time even to get their attention. Me thinks this was always the plan and pinky swears had already been made. Fourth Cohort will be the trigger.
