I have been thinking about Kina, but have so far steered clear of it.
Two main reasons:
1. Horizon, who as operators, probably know that part of PNG better than anyone, resisted farming into Kina's PPL 437 lease immediately to the north of PRL21 (Heritage Oil, looking to enter PNG, eventually farmed in). Why didn't HZN jump at the chance to farm in?
2. KPL already has quite a market cap, given it's fairly small resource base.
