Matt, your comment - Negotiations (if taken longer than expected - the LONGER the MERRIER) would means better outcome as that would be a sign that SDL is able to play the bidders off against one another.


I totally disagree, as SDL have had ample time to set the playing field. A drag out in negotiations now IMHO would be seen as a stumble at the gates yet again.

Sundance need to execute these deals post haste now so shareholders are not penalised by SP falling again due to further delays.


I dont see how this could be interpreted as a better outcome (For WHO?).
