I deal with addicts regularly,and see the misery, degradation, upheval it causes.
Drug traffickers are the begining of this problem.
The traffickers therefore have NO redeeming features.
Eliminate them & we begin to deal with the problem.
I can understand the sentiment of those who oppose capital punishment, but if they were closely involved with the effects of illicit drug use, they would maybe view it differently.
