re: Ann: CNX Receives Trigger Payment for Inn... Furniture, considering the amount of shares from the CR that were sold at 0.020 then one can expect a certain amount of profit taking. Personally I don't expect a rocket just yet.

However, receipt of the the trigger payment is good news. As was the increase in 2P reserves.

Stage 1 without hiccups should be completed/commissioned by mid 2014. Hopefully earlier, but time will tell.

After that then how long we will have to wait for Stage 2 proceeding (2 more panels) I'm not sure. However I will breath easier once that is instigated.

Stage 3 of course is the installment of panels to bring the project up to producing 30PJ pa. A not inconsiderable amount by any means. I don't know what the Royalty agreement percentage is, but hopefully we will then see some serious income. As I've said before, my expectation has always been around 2-3years.

In the mean time, other projects may also come online as well over that period. Once commercialization is producing, it will also supply a Cost/Profit analysis. The benefits of which may see CNX as busy beavers and finally producing the potential a number of people here have seen for some time.

All going well, then perhaps in 5 years time, your 3 bagger elsewhere may be no more than chicken feed in comparison. In the mean time, my holding stays firmly in the bottom drawer and I add to them when I can.

In short, I don't expect an overnight bonanza, but more possibly a slow rise as matters progress, which undeniably (some may say FINALLY) they seem to be doing. I'm happy to, as you said, "let it run", for some time yet.
