Cool, I think the market was factoring in an IND announcement when the sp hit 75c. Right now, I think the IND announcement will do little to get the sp beyond that level. I think not making the company established deadline for the start of the trial has hurt the sp (again) and now only good results will see it surge again; results which won't be available until well after BLTOB is R.I.P..

One of the problems with this scenario is that the money raised from BLTOB could of helped to fund a larger trial of TT-034. Now, even if we get good results, we won't have the wherewithal to take the drug further without a deal or further CR. This gives the whip-hand to any possible interested party when it comes to negotiating terms (unless of course if there is more than one interested party). This is what can happen when management does not focus on the sp at key times in the life of the company.
