Max,
I predict that the Times won't have CDU as a headline story and nor will any of the opposition.
Putting your emails out to every man and his dog simply eats away at your own credibility. I doubt that any person that has received one of those emails has come back and said "yes there is something really wrong here and we are investigating".
The so called report is littered with conspiracy theory.
Every single down movement of the CDU share price is the result of some conspiracy according to the documents from my reading.
The M&G sell down is now part of the conspiracy to cheat CDU shareholders! That is just fantasy. Putting out stuff like that destroys your credibility. Its a nonsense.
M&G were unhappy with the project delays according to reports and they made a decision to sell. That is the right of every shareholder. Their selling wasn't a conspiracy. The share price fell under the selling pressure and that is exactly what you would expect in an open market.
There is so much conspiracy stuff in those reports that no-one is going to take it at all seriously.
You would be far better off concentrating on a small number of well researched points in my view, rather than the mass conspiracy suggested by each part of the report.
Trying to say that M&G were part of a conspiracy to rip investors off to the tune of $500 million lets you close to zero on the credibility scale and will result in little or no attention being paid to your representations.
