    He was buying, with multiple offers just 3-4 months ago. Then sold half? his PPOR...

    but also stated in another post he wish he'd never sold any of his past properties....
    now renting at what age?

    Not someone I'd be aspiring to get advice from, especially HC property threads - lol.

    he's just hoping like hell Sydney and overseas buyers don't start driving GC up roo quickly, or another regret about to unfold.

    Buying and selling PPOR with all the selling/ buying costs is a recipe for LT failure imo.

    On a $400k property, you'd be down around 8% for the exercise.
