Spot on sue, whats the point of having strict laws if they are not enforced.. Just because Australia has soft laws and even softer judges doesnt mean the rest of the world should be the same..just look at our overflowing prisons and the cost burdon on all of us tax payers... Mr Baldy is a classic example of what capital punishment could have avoided, no one knows what to do with him now he has served his time and no one wants him to be anywhere near them. an out cast..
