bp monitor was from dick smith - cost $50 - and a lot cheaper than anything from the chemist.

scales were from kmart $29.

for what it is worth - but as far as scales are concerned which show body fat etc - then choice magazine liked the $20 set from aldi

calorie intake for the day..

16 vitabrits for about 900 calories.

1 litre of milk for about 750 calories.

2 litres of watered down fruit juice - about 300 calories.

3 stuffed chicken breasts - total about 1200 calories

total calories about 3200..

... mmm - that is sounding like a war on anorexia.

scales now (ie evening) show 109.6kg, 26.0% fat and 50.8% water.
