To give credit where credit is due the consolidation took place at a time the SP was rising.


Yes consolidation does give it more room to fall and makes the rise harder as the rise can only go up in .005 instead of .001 once the SP goes above .10


The CR and the consolidation along with the falling POG and lack of ability to sell the good points of the company has contributed to the fall in the SP
