No all bears support Kean.
I have been a property bear (although a holder) and my thoughts have been right.
In the last 5 years property hasn't been a good investment in general. I expect property to flat-line for another 5 years also.
Sure there will be a few tick ups and downs along the way.
One thing for sure is the property bulls spouting 7 to 10% growth pa have long gone..
