Geospud, now you've got me re-reading the announcement!!

FWIW, I notice it's NEON (not the "operator" or "joint venture partners") who 'remains encouraged by the results and considers production testing is warranted'....

Could be absolutely nothing in it (after all, it's Neon's announcement to the market, not ENI's or the JV's) but, also may be suggestive that the JV partners are not all necessarily interpreting things the same way, and maybe there is not unanimous agreement at this stage for production testing (Last week's apparent trip to Vietnam comes to mind here...)

Dunno, and I'm probably reading too much into it....
