So, just to balance out the glorious positivity on this thread...
1. Thoughts on the board position? There was no detail on the identity of the person, which suggests that this position was offered in return for the 9% investment... this is at the low end is it not...? Normally a higher percentage stake is required before a board role is justified for an investor? Anyone have reasonable thoughts on this
2. And the premium? Yes I think it is good and I am yes happy as I could be with the price. But to call a spade a spade, the stock never traded after the positive seismic result announcement, so perhaps the premium in reality is not as much as stated, and if there wasn't a premium it would have looked quite ugly for SWE management.
Don't get me wrong. It is all very good and positive for SWE. Just thinking aloud.
Still looking at buying in.
