As usual it's a little difficult to determine the what's and why's relating to this announcement, considering no other recent announcements have been made by the company in relation to the overall funding exercise progress. We may speculate (doom, gloom or blue skies) but at the end of the day it will be what is announced. Let the real discussion begin once the market is informed.
