I placed an order at .08c first ( hitting a FAT .08 bid ). It said it was under review but I could see nothing under OPEN ORDERS. Nothing happened.
I then place an order to sell into a .079 bid. As above.
I tried again and placed an order at .76 when it was well bid at .78c. Same as above.
Placed an order at .067c . Same as above.
I then got on the phone and waited an hour to talk to them.
i explained all the above and the girl said they would investigate based on my desired price of .08c as settlement but no guarantee. I asked her what we do about the PSY shares i still owned and she said to leave it with her.
About an hour late i notice i have an open position to sell PSY at .079. I ring them and go over what has happend and the guy says ' we don't agreee with what you are saying - our system is showing you chased the bid ON THE WAY UP !!" Ihe told me to check my emails in my account and actually ...yes....the time stamps on the mail make it seem i was placing the orders in ASCENDING order from .067s upwards but htat is complete and utter baloney.
I explained to him i was chasing a falling bid.
In the end I closed out at .64 with im on the phone saying" if you do not close out here we will not honour the .08c sell order BUT we cannot guarantee the order will be honoured" I explained to him I was taking all the risk.
