The CR was obvious, but a little early for my surprise. I was expecting by January.
What really upset me was the fact that anyone can buy up to 15k, even if you have 1 share. So now I undestand why someone was dumping at 4 cents.
My doutb now is: wait to buy lower or participate the SPP?
