As you have stated you have done well from real estate
Good on you
but it would be foolish to deny the reality of how over priced Australian housing is. Realestate over the last 5 years has had a great boom and as with all investment booms it will or has (depending where you are) finished and the big the investment boom the bigger the carnage at the end.
This is not talk down the realestate market ( a person would be deluded if they though posting a negative comment somewhere like here would have any real effect) it is though facing reality.
