    low calorie day to day - with most calories at the start of the day.

    7 vitabrits .. about 400 calories
    4 small packs of noodles .. about 500 calories
    1 litre of milk ... about 750calories.
    small bit of pork.. about 300 calories.
    2 pieces of stuffed chicken breast.. about 800 calories

    total about 2800 calories

    but here is the killer application - watso ups the tempo of his bike riding and some other exercise. with the help of a stopwatch, watso calculated that the morning ride was 90 minutes of solid bike riding, with some stops for walking up steep hills, and making use of free gym equipment in the park - and a bit of a rest for rtc hunting.

    toss in a afternoon bike ride - but a lot more casual ... all that exercise requires calories. watso is just keeping a bit of track how much exercise he needs to do, to burn up the calories.

    vegies come into the diet tomorrow - watso snapped up a rolled turkey something or the other for $4.50. - and that will be cooked with three vegies.

    wow - just love these digital scales - evening weight is 109.2kg - so it would not surprise if the morning weight is 108kg- meaning half a kg lost in two days
