re: hanging an absolute disgrace! who says??? >Yes it is a tragedy, any loss of life is imo. BUT what right have we got to question Singapore laws? We all know their laws when we travel there and the penalties!

We have every right to question an unjust law, not only a right but an obligation. What if for instance Singapore had a law that every third person passing through the country is to be executed, to deal with the world's overpopulation. Would you support such a law because it's their right to make any laws they choose? Of course not. Unjust laws must be fought by just people. To say we must respect these laws is a cop out.
