Lioness i guess it depends how long youve been with them and how much you trade.
If i told westpac im leaving them, they'll offer this and that to keep me. I only needed to ask for lower brokerage etc. and there were no problems, done in an instant
I also get free trading platform till end of next year.
Westpac seems reliable. Might also need to ask for 600 free brokerage since new customers are offered this.
