I was of the opinion that as soon as there was a surge the ship would be taken out of port. Jin Long Feng took an extremely long time to depart. It was in port for 3 days (although I can not confirm the number hours it was docked). At 28,000 tonnes moved per day by train that equates to circa 70,000 - 84,000 tonnes moved during the time that the ship was docked (2.5 - 3 days).
Even if the shed was completely empty the ship should have left earlier than it did based on the volume moved.
What I did notice during that time was that the other berths were empty at times.
Could this means that the mooring system is now working?
