Pippen - I agree. Highly processed 'cereals' from cardboard boxes are not the way to go. I have heard it said it is as valuable as eating the cardboard box itself.
Cereals are oats, quinoa, buckwheat, rice, etc and not heavily processed boxed cr....p.
3 vegetables? One should eat at least five vegetables each day, not three. Where is the fish??? The fruit??? The lunchtime salad?
5-2 plan - yes, immediate results. Great plan.
