If I had opened your post before opening and responding to DODinvestor’s ITC post,,, I would not have posted my message. You and those responding to your post have covered the ITC ruling subject quite well.
And yes, I fully agree that the ITC ruling was closely watched by GLE and would have affected GLE enrichment plans if the ruling had been in favor of the French.
IMO, the current state of affairs for/with USEC investors can only be compared to a futile attempt to resurrect a dead horse…
