I am amazed that no one has cottoned onto what is happening further north from Fraser Range at Minigwal where Matsa has a superb ground position sandwiched between IPT and SGQ.IPT has just achieved a MC a few moments ago of $45M with a cash position of about $2.5m for an EV of about $42.5M whilst holding only 70% of the project.How long will it take for Mr Market to realize that Matsa astutely acquired prime ground in this area a year ago?.Matsa's current EV is around $27M .... a far better proposition IMHO considering their ground at Symonds Hill as well.
