Thanks so much for your post. Exploring options on building on a rural property we have acquired. Immediate thought is to build with the steel frame because of white ants, seems not to be the best idea. Additionally project builders want to charge the earth for site works and by the time we are finished we may be owner builders but do know a number of builders through whom we will buy our goods or have them supervise some of the job.
