What a director having seen confidential documents of another competitor - never. Everybody has been through the records RHL was not the only ones in the data room.

Really must say that this exposes a lot more questions. Its not the fact that others used their cards but were was the scrutiny - This is not some 3 man business its unbelievable that no-one seems to check their cards monthly.

If the underlying loss is correct its bigger than I thought because the business is supposed to be making money and all the bits that have been sold should be part of discontinued operations and therefore in my book not part of the underlying result.
