    Max,

    For God's sake pay attention.

    I posted the following in an earlier posting and I repeat here

    I strongly suggest you paraphrase my words into a brief introduction to your letters. In fact I implore you to. Sending reams of data on a tiny single company is not going to get traction. Geesus man. haven't you noticed that already??

    I give you the issues, which you should make a first paragraph, then launch into your diatribe about CDU, and say your resources are obviously limited to examine everything in similar depth.

    Surely its not that hard? I must have given you this message half a dozen times over the last 18 months.

    Its fine to be pig-headed and stubborn against the odds, but not when you are being given excellent advice, at least I think so.

    From an earlier post, just crunch it down into a succinct pithy first paragrpah, otherwise you will never get their jiuces flowing. Words like trillion dollars and mum and dads losing money gets their attention, not some academic study of CDU.

    My real concern is that its all too late and you burned your bridges ages ago.
    ================================
    The issue is dark pools and the obvious implications that price discovery is not being revealed.

    Nothing better than sunlight as a disinfectant.

    The constant emphasis on a minor non-producing copper miner is a complete damp rag.

    Senate emquiries get excited about big career building issues, the type of issues for people with egos as big as the out doors.

    A much better track is to pose the question: if dear Senator, you were charged with maximising profit for your financial institution, what steps would you take?

    Even more importantly, do you think the trillion dollars in superannuation savings, whereby much of it is invested in the stock market would be a juicy target, and disingenous press releases, half-truths and other tactics might be employed.

    Or how about super fast trading that clicks everyones ticket half a cent on every share transaction simply because they have a unique privilage to pay ASX a few sheckles at the retailers expense when in the open market, then dirty deals done dirt cheap in dark pools behind the scenes,.

    This should be the simple mantra that almost a 10 year old can understand.

    If you message is more complicated than that a Senate enquiry will focus on nothing.
