    Strauss... interesting pickup.

I am no guru... have a mate managing a crew at "Kembla" ... doing PVC "sock" based linings in NSW.... similar idea.

That process was copied/brought over from USA by the early Kembla management crew in the late 90's/early 00's from what I understand.... so there is existing competition Stateside.

VTX is claiming to be unique though... a repair system... not a "pipe within a pipe".... so that is a plus for them.

They have potable water compliance in Oz... not sure that transfers to USA... but plenty more work aside from that ... sewers etc.... and pipeline... if they are in fact certified for that use by energy companies.

May well get a push looking at shares on issue though?!

    The following from Annual Report

"Three placements took place throughout the year.

In October 2012 a placement was completed seeing the allotment of 263,083,335 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.0007 per share to raise $184,158.33.

The Company raised a further $350,000 at $0.0007 in December 2012 with the allotment of 500,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 500,000,000 unlisted options.

The final placement of 625,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.0005 per share took place in June 2013 raising
    $312,500"

    Definitely watching this one...

    Thanks for the idea Strauss.
