Very good points. Even though I hold 2 million TOX, with an average buy price of 4 cents, I can't see the point in doing the two-way street of selling them, paying the CGT and the brokerage, then buying TOXO and paying the brokerage on them as well, plus the 3 cents per share to exercise them. The difference would be minimal, and would only add to the paperwork.

I'm just holding onto my TOX - the trend ain't over yet.
