4 small packs of noodles .. about 500 calories
1 litre of milk ... about 750calories.
small bit of pork.. about 300 calories.
2 pieces of stuffed chicken breast.. about 800 calories
total about 2800 calories

That's supposed to be low calorie???
Probably about twice the calories you need if you want to lose weight.
And far too much carbohydrate.
Drop the carbs and get into fresh vegetables, salads, some fruit, moderate amount of protein and lots of water.
