    From what I can tell, they're at a point where their cash flow allows them to continue rolling out project at an even rate, as you mentioned.

    However, the only problem they could possibly have is if they couldn't find a development opportunity... Are you (or anyone else on these forums) aware of this ever occuring for UOS?

    I know they shift between commercial and residential as they see fit, so I guess this would help.
