if you want them to respect you on your view scouse i would try not baiting,this is a spec ,yet to see 100% of any listed coy fill all the devolpments they set out todo.
I'm neither for /against but countering every post will not win you any respect.
I feel no reponse is needed to that as you said it was 2 years ago it has clearly not happened,that needs to be consided in anyones approach to investing in this coy,managment are there to plan out future devolpment but with GFC and capital funds collapsing in the spec market they could hardley forsee that and if given the chance now would be far more conservative.
