We wonder if you could pass to him/her the following information:

The notice of the meeting issued in 2010 made it absolutely clear that the distributions can only occur after the two companies list on ASX and therefore the distributions are contingent on each company listing. The distributions were approved on these terms.

After the general meeting and prior to 2012, the Company made 5 announcements regarding the proposed distributions and in each one of them it said that the distributions can only be made after the 2 companies list (“within 6 months from listing”), consequently each distribution was contingent on each company listing. These announcements were made on 31/10/10, 13/1/11, 18/4/11, 21/4/11 and 28/4/11. Therefore it would be incorrect to imply that Korab changed its mind in 2012.

The two announcements made just prior to the general meeting were very poorly phrased thus causing some confusion. However, it is important to note that announcements did not change the contents of the notice of the meeting and the votes cast at the meeting were cast on the resolutions contained in the notice.

We wonder if you could ask him/her to voluntarily amend or remove his/her post.
