I'm currently building a new place to rent out . I know the depreciation in the first few years is a quite high number in terms of tax return but as I'm yet to get the depreciation schedule done , I have no idea of how much it is ?
Can anyone give me a rough idea i.e. % per $ amount ? Anyone been through this recently ?
