my wife reckons it doesn't FEEL cosmetic enough. Not lush enough.

I gave the Nourishing Antioxidant Serum to my elderly mother but she stopped using it, saying that it was making her eyes water. She’d had something removed from her eyelid at the time, which perhaps contributed to the problem, but she decided it was the fault of the serum and that the product wasn’t for her.

However, on my last visit she waved an empty bottle of the same serum at me, sighing that it had already run out and asking if I could get some more. She said that she had been trying other creams in the meantime but they were all “too rich” compared with the BioElixia which she found “nice and light” and which “sank in” to her skin, whereas the others, she said, “felt heavy”. I just smiled, kept my mouth shut and will reorder more!

So TL, just to let you know, if they reformulate that particular product to your wife’s taste, I’ve got a problem!
