Muzzarati I don't understand how BTA is ever going to be a success on NASDAQ observing in excess of 60% of shares (my estimate but will stand corrected)remain with Mum and Dad investors in Australia. I suspect most are like me, I am well down on my investment and have no inclination to go through the process of "registering" my shares so that I can trade on NASDAQ. So we have the majority of shares sitting here in Australia and they will possibly never budge/be sold.
This perhaps is why our share price continues to languish, institutions (who have just 24%)/Americans look at the share register profile and see no future for them in it; the liquidity is just not there.
For my part my conscience is clear having voted against the move to NASDAQ. I don't know what the answer is, but would be interested in your thoughts and anyone elses?
