My 2c, two ways:

1. We have a stunning win (e.g. Brilliant LANI results or Vap licensed out) and people in the US will bid up the 40% to levels that will encourage Oz investors to then join in and offer their shares; or

2. They raise capital and buy wisely (you need to spend money to make money). Dilution isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I guess it all comes down to the company hitting some home runs. Its been such a long since we've hit a clear home run (the BARDA win in April 2011). I'll die of a heart attack the next time we do.
