I was reluctant to say anything originally because I wanted to see what commentary would come out of the agm. I wanted to be patient, as we have learned to be, waiting for something to emerge and settle my fears.

I now seriously doubt that the company has the ability to execute a plan.

The presentation horrified me. It was a presentation that was at least 3 years past its time.

I don't want to see 20 pictures of a partially built plant. I want one picture of a completed plant, and 20 pages of marketing and financial plans.

I don't want to see parking bays and tin sheds. I certainly don't want to see computer images of what the plant will look like. I don't want to see scrubbing columns in parts on the ground when we are supposed to be in commissioning phase. I don't want to see process schematics.

If the plant is as good as built, I expect a lot more.

I want a project plan, with gantt charts, and clear milestones. I want to know what are the barriers to completion, and what are the plans to meet them. I don't want a vague, ever receding end date. I want regularly reporting so I can measure progress against plan. I want to know why the end date keeps moving. One slip is understandable, two is careless. Not knowing how many there are, why they occur, and what is being done is unforgivable.

More than a project plan, I want a financial plan, with dates and numbers I can use to hold management accountable. Surely that is where we should be now, not looking at pictures of unfinished business.

I want to see execution! (and you can take that however you like)

I know I could sell, but why should I. I prefer to demand that my money is put to the use for which it was solicited. I want results. I want transparency. I want accountability.
