Would it be correct to say that no joint venture partner has sold out of Blg but indeed converted holding from Epiblu joint venture enterprise into Blg stock at current market value. This was done I imagine after Epiblu had reached technology milestones set out at the beginning of the partnership to achieve.In fact cornerstone partner is still very much in play with their president and CEO on Blgs board.
Also another major shareholder [Wellington ]has added to they're stake and was the major contributor to the last capital raising at 20 c.
Surely these investors are not just throwing money at this company blindly.Im sure they would be privy to some due diligence before committing any extra funds.If I am wrong can someone lease explain they're compunction to me.
