Tim, I think Speculator was referring to Keiran's Long Term (sic) incentive Share Appreciation Rights. From page 19 of the Notice of AGM:
So if the SP is above $3.79 on 1 Feb 2015, and/or above $5.06 on 1 Feb 2016, Keiran will make money. I'm hoping he makes a lot of money.
