thinking of leaving

I have held this spec stock for over 3 years now and am beginning to wonder whether it has any future.
The proposed CR seems to be a way of making up for losses incurred by lending our money to other companies which have gone into receivership. However nowhere can I read to whom the money was lent or why, although I did read some posts about moving on or 'getting over it' . . or something like that.

Management seems to be a Dad and Dave affair waiting for third hand information from a farm-in partner while they receive nice salaries and consultancy fees for doing I'm not sure what.

Have I got it wrong? Seriously I would like to know.

Is anyone going to the AGM?
