All I will say is this:

Wilcox and others are asking a simple question. Why cant we get a simple answer from management and move on?

Experience tells me that it is not forthcoming because the directors know they are on an exceptionally generous share plan, and so do not want to acknowledge it to shareholders at risk they want it amended.
