Maybe Mike is not frightened of failure as another poster suggested. Maybe he is instead frightened of success. Going from calling the shots and running the show as a well fed big fish in a small pond. To then being " Mike who " after success with a big find and being taken over. Stranger things have happened :)
Anyway its cold and raining here and i'm bored waiting for this to move forward.
