Just as a comment:

I notice everyone was giving Fib credit (discredit?) and some even called him unethical for PSY...

Yet CMP he has posted on two prominently read forums (DT and STT) and has sold 6k total volume today.

I think FIB called the tip correctly moreso than created the tip.

It just happened to have the right set of circumstances: illiquid smallcap with more 'potential' than its market cap.. Hype let punters get away with raising it to extreme levels before it dropped back, thats all.

This is not to say Fib has no power, I just think his power lies in spotting great smallcaps rather than creating them ;)
