You said upmarket building company so they are not cheap no matter where they build.
As to successful he appears to have been that in his field, POS or prior, still has confidence that he has a future with POS.
You say you are a property developer yet you have not yet fully developed any properties, however, success is assured due to agents forecast valuations?
Forecast, buy some POS shares at the current market price and you will reap a dividend in my opinion.
