Insto's will not 'manipulate up to true value' because as I've maintained for the last TWO YEARS that is not the purpose of this particular exercise. The purpose there is to gain control of assets for pennies on the dollar, plain & simple - and at every turn I've been proved right. Carry on all - 98% of posts here keen blathering on as if there's something miraculous in the offing. There isn't - only the stripping of ownership (and temporarily) value from your pockets. It's all determined by the strategic materials agenda as defined by US DoD, the major banks which will ultimately direct the show, and an army of capitulates who still for some unknown illogical reason think that their sovereignty as shareholders still means a damn - it doesn't, so get used to it.
