Australia was fine until Paul Keating blabbed that word. After that and probably after the Vietnamese boat people period, Australia has been failing for those that want to look.
The Vietnamese being the last 'welcome' new residents. Australia has slowly developed an illness which in the last 20 years has developed into full blown AIDS.
Australia is slowly dying and will end up a cesspool of an existence.
So no it's not working and whilst people have differing views no matter where they are there will be conflict.
We use to have countries with borders to protect the way of life. Now that is gone.
