Genesis 2:7 and 2:19 Animals were created after Adam.

Genesis 1:26-27 Adam and Eve were created at the same time.
Genesis 2:7 and 2:21-22 Adam was created first, woman sometime later."
Maybe, just maybe it's God created man .... trees grew grass grew....
then as there was no man (modern man) to sow the fields (maybe billions of Years later) God created Adam and the garden of Eden (with nice suitable trees and berries) so that the land could be sown and created the modern bird, not the strange ones found in earth that has been dug up.
